Meal Planning 2013 - week 7
I knew I wouldn't be able to keep off the three pounds I lost last week - I put half a pound back on. I don't mind but I've got a couple of big meals planned this week so it might be hard to lose it again!
Monday
Breakfast Quorn sausages
Lunch Pasta bolognese using this Slimming World recipe
Dinner Choir rehearsal this evening so I will take a sandwich - I was going to make one at home on Monday morning but I've run out of bread!
Tuesday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Leftover pasta bolognese
Dinner Out - it's Shrove Tuesday so my boyfriend and I are planning to go to a pancake restaurant (not very SW-friendly!) though I've just found out they are not taking bookings for that day, so if we don't get in we will have to find somewhere else.
Wednesday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Baked potato
Dinner Stir-fry with whatever I have in the fridge
Thursday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch New potato salad with cooked ham
Dinner Valentine's Day! I'm cooking for my boyfriend and am going to make beef Wellington and a chocolate dessert similar to one we had on holiday in Amsterdam. I'm not expecting to lose much weight this week!
Friday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch New potato salad with cooked ham
Dinner Tuna steak with vegetables
Saturday
Breakfast Quorn sausages
Lunch Out for a friend's birthday
Dinner Not sure if we will still be out or eating back at my house
Sunday
Brunch SW-style fry-up
Dinner Lamb and harissa paste with couscous from this recipe

Great meal plan & good luck with the weight loss this week....I think Pancake day & Valentines day in the same week is just terrible for people trying to lose weight!! x
