Here's a birthday card I made for my friend Lisa. I used a piece of cupcake-patterned backing paper on the bottom half of the card, and covered the join with a piece of sticky ribbon. I used a selection of stickers from the same pack that had an afternoon tea theme- a teapot, cake on a cake stand, cupcake etc. Lastly I added a 'happy birthday' silver outline sticker.
