Meal Planning 2013 - Week 10
I put on half a pound last week which wasn't as bad as I was expecting, as I've got a cold and have eaten all sorts of rubbish! My plan this week was also slightly scuppered by an online order from Asda bringing all kinds of substitutions I didn't want. So back on with the planning and hopefully with the weight loss too....

Every time you mention the mackerel in mustard sauce I make a mental note to get some as I used to love that when I was younger! Sounds like another lovely week - I'm sure that pesky half pound will have gone before you know it.

It's quite retro, isn't it - my mum used to give it to us for Sunday tea! But I like the fact that it's only half a syn on Slimming World for the whole tin :-)
DeleteI love the sound of Sprite Apple Pie!
ReplyDeleteI may not get around to making it this week but I will do soon, and will post it on my blog!
DeleteSprite Apple Pie? As in fizzy pop!
