Meal Planning 2013 - Week 19
I put on a pound this week which I think I will put down to birthday celebrations! I'm busy and out a lot this week so don't know how easy it will be to get that pound off again, but I will try my best!
Monday - Bank Holiday
Breakfast Toast with eggs from my grandparents' chickens
Lunch Cauliflower soup from my new Moomin cookbook
Dinner Roast gammon joint with orange sauce as the joint has been in my freezer for a while and is taking up quite a lot of space! And I can use my new slow cooker to make it.
Tuesday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Baked potato with leftover gammon
Dinner Out at the theatre so will find somewhere to eat beforehand
Wednesday
Breakfast Mullerlight
Lunch Sandwich (probably ham)
Dinner Expecting to be home late from work and will need to spend the evening moving furniture with my boyfriend so as a treat- and to save time on cooking - I think I will treat us at the local chippie :-) As long as I choose healthily when I'm out this week I should be ok.
Thursday
Breakfast Mullerlight
Lunch Sandwich (probably ham)
Dinner Out with old work colleagues
Friday
Working from home today as I'm having furniture delivered
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch French onion soup
Dinner With my boyfriend - homemade spaghetti with meatballs
Saturday
Breakfast Mullerlight
Lunch At a choir rehearsal so will take a sandwich
Dinner Out on a hen night
Sunday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Leftover French onion soup
Dinner Paneer curry
