Meal Planning 2013 - Week 22
I missed Slimming World again last Saturday as I was finishing off cupcakes for a wedding so I've no idea how the weight loss is going at the moment (if it is at all), so I'm planning some relatively healthy meals for this week.
Monday - bank holiday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch At a friend's for her birthday
Dinner if home (not sure when I'm getting back): monkfish wrapped in bacon with new potatoes. Update: ended up having a late lunch and skipping dinner so I'll put this on the meal plan for next week
Tuesday
Breakfast Mullerlight
Lunch sandwich
Dinner slow cooker chicken with mashed potatoes
Wednesday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch leftover slow cooker chicken if there is any, otherwise baked potato
Dinner Giraffe's sweet basil and chilli prawn stir fry
Thursday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch leftover stir fry
Dinner at my boyfriend's house
Friday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch sandwich
Dinner Giraffe's jerk fish with lime and garlic jerk butter
Saturday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch Giraffe's crab and chilli pasta
Dinner with my boyfriend, at his house - dinner TBA
Sunday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch going to see my mum for her birthday
Dinner depends what time I'm back and what I've had for lunch so something from the freezer or pasta
