Meal Planning 2013 - week 42
I lost 1.5 pounds last week which I'm really pleased about, though I did put on the same amount the week before so I am back where I started really! As the weather gets colder I am wanting more comforting dishes so I just have to remember that comforting doesn't have to mean fattening!
Monday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch leftover lasagne
Dinner At choir rehearsal; will take a sandwich as a snack
Tuesday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch sandwich
Dinner toad in the hole/ sausage and mash if I'm home late
Wednesday

Lunch pasta
Dinner shrimp enchiladas for me, chicken for the OH
Thursday

Lunch sandwich
Dinner Greek lamb and macaroni bake
Friday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch leftover pasta
Dinner green chilli burger / tuna burger with chips (was going to make this last week but didn't bother as my boyfriend had to work late)
Saturday
Breakfast cereal
Lunch packed lunch - at choir rehearsal
Dinner going to my boyfriend's mum's
Sunday
Breakfast cereal/yogurt
Lunch pissaladiere
Dinner roast chicken
