Meal Planning Monday 2015 - Week 7
Staggeringly after being a pig last week I still managed to lose a pound! I didn't stick to the meal plan as my sister was ill and didn't visit after all so there was no point making what I'd planned for lunch and we didn't go out for dinner. Hopefully I'll stick to the plan a bit better this week!
Monday - Cheat's dinner of ready made Chinese/Indian
Tuesday - at cake decorating course so I'll take a sandwich
Wednesday - ham and leek hash with creamy onion sauce from Slimming World Little Book of Sauces for me, with hash browns for him
Thursday - sausage and mash with red onion gravy from Slimming World Little Book of Sauces
Friday - in Cambridge for Valentine's Day. Dinner at the formal hall in my old college!
Saturday - in Cambridge. I've booked the Cambridge Chop House for our Valentine's dinner
Sunday lunch - in Cambridge
dinner - something quick and light for me anyway as it will probably be an unhealthy weekend so I'll have salmon and vegetables and my boyfriend can have whatever he wants
